Mentor to Motivate (MTM) has positively impacted 7,160 lives and counting since the organization was established in 2019. The total impact of the Mentor to Motivate organization is calculated annually based on total summer program students (278), the awards ceremony attendees (1,000), the holiday gift giveaway participants (1,550), and community outreach via service projects (5,332).

Mentor to Motivate (MTM) a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
that serves as the primary liaison between
underrepresented students and access to arts and educational resources.

The organization's main goal is to bridge educational gaps and empower underrepresented students in Nashville, Tennessee to reach their full potential.

wHAT WE DO?

MTM supports underrepresented students through
appointment-based tutoring, counseling, summer programs,
and community service projects.
​
We organize programs and increase access to arts & Education
for every student.
​
Underrepresented students include but are not limited to at-risk, disabled, traditional, transitional, troubled, and non-traditional students.

Summer Program
Hours of operation
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Field Trips are scheduled every Thursday.
Students read, write and count everyday.
We end summer with a celebration!!!

For a special event led by students celebrating Fathers. Students create gifts, draw pictures, make cards, decorate masks and more to celebrate Father's day. ​
